Repliers Launches Public Record Parcel Data Add-on, Bringing Ownership, Tax, and Lot Data to Every Property on the Map

New extension of the Locations API puts parcel boundaries and public records — for listed and off-market properties alike — into the same request developers already use for MLS data.

TORONTO–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Repliers, the real estate data platform powering the next generation of real estate products, today announced the general availability of its Public Record Parcel Data Add-on. The add-on extends Repliers’ Locations API with parcel boundaries and public property records for any address in coverage, not just properties with an active MLS listing.

MLS data stops at the listing. The moment a buyer clicks the house next door, a vacant lot down the street, or a home that sold off-market, most real estate search experiences have nothing to show them. Agents and developers have had to stitch together county assessor sites, title records, and third-party parcel vendors just to answer the questions buyers ask constantly — who owns this, what did it sell for, what is it worth now. The Public Record Parcel Data Add-on closes that gap by putting parcel-level public records directly into the API call developers already make for listings.

With the add-on enabled, every parcel in coverage returns address and geometry, ownership and mailing details, assessment values, tax history and estimated market value, lot dimensions and building characteristics, and sales and transfer history including liens and financing — alongside the MLS data Repliers customers already pull. Parcel boundaries render on the map for any property in coverage regardless of listing status, and a reverse-lookup call returns parcel boundaries and public records alongside matching MLS listing data in a single request, so one API call tells a developer both what’s listed and what’s true of the land underneath it.

“MLS data has always been the foundation of a great search experience,” said Patrick Arlia, Co-founder of Repliers.”This add-on extends that foundation past the listing — so the moment a buyer clicks the house next door, or a lot that’s never been on the market, we can show them real ownership, tax, and lot data in the same call.”

The add-on is live now in the Repliers developer playground under the Locations API’s public record → property endpoint, where teams can test queries — including pulling up to 300 parcels per response — and inspect raw responses before building. Repliers has also published an open-source proof of concept, Public-Record-Parcel-Boundaries-POC, that overlays active and sold MLS listings on parcel boundaries with public records — a free starting point for teams building their own hybrid map experiences.

The Public Record Parcel Data Add-on is available today. Existing Repliers customers can enable it by editing their subscription; new customers can add it during signup. Fullimplementation guides are available as an extension of the Locations API documentation at docs.repliers.io. A video walkthrough of the add-on is available on Repliers’ YouTube channel.

For brokerages, MLSs, and proptech teams building the next generation of map search, off-market has never been this visible.
