Repliers 2025 Year in Review: Building Momentum, Together

As 2025 comes to a close, we’ve been reflecting on what has been one of the most meaningful years in Repliers’ journey so far. This year wasn’t about a single launch or milestone. It was about steady progress, thoughtful growth, and building the foundation for what’s next.

From expanding MLS® partnerships and introducing powerful new developer tools to growing our team and deepening our presence across the real estate industry, 2025 was a year of momentum. Most importantly, it was a year shaped by conversations with developers, MLS® leaders, and real estate professionals who continue to challenge us to build better, simpler data solutions.

Here’s a look back at what we accomplished together.

Strengthening Our MLS® Partnerships

One of our most important focuses in 2025 was continuing to expand and strengthen our MLS® relationships.

This year, we were proud to partner with MARIS, further extending our coverage and reinforcing our commitment to compliant, reliable MLS® data access. Every new partnership brings us closer to our goal of making real estate data easier to work with across markets, without sacrificing governance, standards, or trust.

Behind the scenes, we’ve also been laying the groundwork for additional MLS® partnerships that are currently in progress. These efforts take time, collaboration, and alignment, and we’re excited about what’s ahead as we continue to expand across North America.

A New Chapter in Leadership

In 2025, we welcomed Rhett Damon as CEO of Repliers, marking an important milestone for our company.

Rhett, leading Repliers’ US expansion initiative, brings deep industry experience, a clear strategic vision, and a strong focus on collaboration. These values align closely with how we’ve always approached building Repliers. His leadership has helped sharpen our direction, strengthen our relationships across the ecosystem, and position the company for long-term growth.

Industry Recognition We’re Proud Of

This year, Repliers received several recognitions that affirmed the work our team has been doing behind the scenes.

Highlights

These acknowledgements aren’t endpoints for us. They’re signals that we’re solving real problems in meaningful ways. We see them as encouragement to keep building, improving, and listening closely to the needs of our customers and partners.

Putting Developers First: Platform and Product Innovation

2025 was a significant year for product development, particularly in enhancing the developer experience.

A New Developer Portal

In February, we launched our new Developer Portal, a centralized hub designed to simplify and make more transparent the management of Repliers integration. Developers can now easily:

  • Monitor API usage and request activity
  • Manage API keys with fine-grained control
  • View billing details and invoices
  • Access documentation, tools, and support resources

The goal was simple. Reduce friction and give developers everything they need in one place.

Interactive Developer Playgrounds

In 2025, we significantly expanded our Developer Playgrounds to give developers hands-on access to Repliers’ capabilities in real time. These interactive environments allow them to explore live data, test queries, and understand how our APIs behave before writing a single line of production code.

Today, Repliers offers five dedicated playgrounds, each designed to showcase a different part of the platform:

  • Listings Search Playground – Explore live property search results, filters, and query behavior across MLS® data.
  • Statistics Playground – Visualize market trends, historical data, and pricing insights through interactive charts and analytics.
  • Locations Playground – Test geospatial queries, boundaries, and location-based filtering with full transparency into how location data is structured.
  • Listing Playground – Instantly retrieve complete listing records, including property details, media, and metadata, to understand exactly what’s returned through the API.
  • Conversational Search Playground – Experiment with natural language search, allowing users to query listings in plain language and see how intent is translated into structured results.

Together, these playgrounds give developers a clear, hands-on way to understand Repliers’ capabilities, validate use cases, and prototype integrations faster. By making the underlying API behavior visible and interactive, we’ve removed much of the guesswork from development and made it easier for teams to move confidently from exploration to production.

Advancing AI-Powered Property Intelligence

Later in the year, we rolled out several AI-driven features designed to bring more intelligence and clarity to property data.

Quality Scores

Our AI-powered Quality Scores introduced a new way to evaluate properties based on visual appeal, from kitchens and living rooms to exteriors and bedrooms. By combining qualitative descriptors with precise numeric scoring, teams can now filter, compare, and present listings in ways that better reflect how people actually think about properties.

AI Photo Classification

We also launched AI-powered photo classification, automatically identifying and organizing listing photos by room and area type. This feature improves browsing experiences, streamlines listing management, and opens the door to more advanced room-level search and filtering.

Together, these features represent a shift toward more intelligent, user-friendly property discovery.

Faster, Smarter Integrations

Performance and simplicity continued to be major themes in 2025.

We introduced client-side API keys, allowing secure, low-latency search requests directly from frontend applications. This is a big win for modern, frontend-heavy development workflows and rapid prototyping.

We also launched Smart Rules, which handle MLS® terminology inconsistencies at the API level. By normalizing data across regions, Smart Rules eliminates the need for complex mapping logic and makes multi-MLS® expansion significantly easier for development teams.

Connecting In Person: Events and Industry Engagement

This year, we spent more time connecting face-to-face with the real estate community.

These events gave us invaluable opportunities to listen, learn, and exchange ideas with MLS® leaders, brokers, developers, and proptech innovators. The conversations we had, often sparked by a demo or even a mini hockey stick, continue to shape how we think about the future of real estate data.

Growing Our Team

Behind every product launch and partnership is a growing team. In 2025, we added new talent across engineering, leadership, and operations as Repliers continued to scale.

We welcomed Milan Somasundaram to the team as Sales Engineer, supporting product demos, customer conversations, and translating real-world use cases into practical solutions using the Repliers platform.

We also added Cristina Di Cerbo to lead Operations and Marketing, supporting MLS® licensing, operations, and Repliers’ marketing efforts as the company scaled.

Alongside this growth, Rhett Damon joined Repliers as CEO, strengthening the leadership team and helping guide the company through its next stage of growth.

Looking Ahead to 2026

As proud as we are of what we accomplished in 2025, we’re even more excited about what’s coming next.

In 2026, we’re focused on:

  • Expanding MLS® partnerships currently in progress
  • Continued growth across North America
  • New product features driven by developer feedback
  • Attending and sponsoring more industry events, including Inman Connect NYC 2026 and the MLS RESET Conference in Scottsdale, Arizona

Our mission remains the same: make real estate data easy to work with for developers, MLS® organizations, and companies building the next generation of real estate technology.

Thank You

To our customers, partners, and MLS® community, thank you for being part of this journey. Your questions, feedback, and trust are what push us forward.

We’re heading into 2026 with momentum, clarity, and a strong sense of purpose. We can’t wait to share what’s next.
